Engagement Terms
All productions are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing scope, deliverables, payment milestones and IP ownership.
Project estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing depends on locations, talent, post-production complexity and delivery requirements.
Intellectual Property: unless otherwise specified, the client receives final-cut usage rights upon full payment; Saffryn retains showreel/portfolio rights.
